We carried out a strategic study with Elsevier experts to analyse our university’s research capacity and academic impact metrics. These analyses, in which we evaluate our research performance monitoring processes and future projections based on current metrics, provide a sound data foundation for our global visibility objectives. We would like to thank all our academics who contributed to the process, and the Elsevier team for their valuable collaboration.

As the Office of the Dean of Research at Ankara University, we continue to support academic activities and the sharing of scientific knowledge that strengthen the culture of inter-institutional collaboration. Dean of Research Prof. Dr. Mehmet Lütfi Yola who participated as a guest speaker at the event hosted by Kars Kafkas University as part of the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) University Conferences, delivered a lecture titled “Biosensor Technologies for the Early Diagnosis of Major Diseases”, sharing the latest scientific developments with the participants.
