A delegation from Ankara University, led by our Rector Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, attended the 80th anniversary ceremony of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (AMEA). Our Vice Rector and Dean of Research Prof. Dr. Kaan Orhan, who is a member of our delegation, was presented with AMEA membership and 80th anniversary pin by AMEA President Prof. Dr. İsa Habibbaylı. The “TÜBİTAK 2209-A/B Project Writing and Revision Workshop” organized in collaboration with the Ankara University Technology Transfer Office Coordinatorship and the Student Dean's Office, was successfully held today at the Beşevler 10th Year Campus F Block Conference Hall! During our event, our students were provided with comprehensive information on key points to consider in the TÜBİTAK project writing process, evaluation criteria, and format compliance. Ankara University has signed a significant protocol with the aim of strengthening its scientific output and research capacity. Ankara University the Office of the Dean of Research and Ankara University Continuing Education Center signed a ‘Cooperation Protocol in the Field of Education’. Through this collaboration, participants will be eligible to receive an e-Government-approved participation certificate or certificate of achievement upon completing the training programs. Prof. Dr. Kaan Orhan has also been accepted to the Editorial Board of the Dentomaxillofacial Radiology (SCIE-Q1) journal published by Oxford Publishing Press. As a part of the ‘From Data to Action Faculty Series’ conducted by our Research Dean’s Office, we carried out our fourth action today at the Faculty of Educational Sciences. At our meeting, information was provided specifically about the TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Program and other TÜBİTAK funding mechanisms.
