The Council of Higher Education announced the ‘‘International Researcher Programs’’ in order to encourage PhD students and researchers to do research at international standards. Within the scope of the announcement, applications for the Young Brains Program (GEP), Postdoctoral Research Program (DOSAP), and Academic Accumulation Program (AKAP) have started.
