Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry Faculty Members and Students' Project Conducted Under the Coordination of EU Education Programs and EU Projects Office were Granted Support! The project “Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry Intangible Cultural Heritage Study: Traditional Turkish Theater - Central Anatolia” was found successful in the evaluation and was awarded funding. SKS Instructor Ozan DEMİRCİOĞLU is working as the Project Coach, and Faculty of Dentistry students Ecem Zöhre ALAKABAK and Üzeyir Burak SIMSAR are taking part in the project as researchers. Project named DIGIDENT, which was initiated by Academic member of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Şaziye SARI, and has in its project team the Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Kaan ORHAN, Assist. Prof. Dr. Cafer YILDIRIM, and our student Ayşe Şölen İPEKTEN, was found eligible for grant within the scope of Erasmus+ KA152 YOU Program. We congratulate the project team and wish them luck.  

USN&W-2024-2025 World Universities Rankings Were Announced. Every year, US News and World-Report-Global Ranking (USN&N) ranks higher education institutions globally, regionally, and country-wise in accordance with various indicators. In the USN&W the top 2.250 universities of the World were listed. In Ankara University, USN&W 2024-2025 Rankings; Among the Top 1000 World Universities was ranked 769th, among the Top 500 Asian Universities was ranked 230th, and among Turkish Universities was ranked 11th. ARWU-2024 World Universities Rankings were Announced. Every year, the Academic Ranking of more than 2500 universities (ARWU) is published by Shanghai Ranking Consultancy, and the best 1000 universities are presented to the public. Ankara University, preserving its ranking in the 801-900 segment of the ARWU World Universities Ranking, was ranked among the top 1000 universities and was ranked in the 6-7 segment, being ranked among the Top 10 Turkish Universities. INSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE- IPA Projects Meeting was Held. The Office of the Dean of Research, Faculty of Communication gathered on July 26, 2024, for IPA Projects with the Technology Transfer Office as the host. Talks were made between the departments on participation terms and the current situation of Ankara University.
