On 20.11.2023, the “Interactive Coffee Day Interdisciplinary Studies Under One Roof – 2” event was held within the Office of The Dean of Research, hosted by the Language and History-Geography Faculty. Research University Evaluation and Follow-up Meeting was Held under Dean’s Office of Research. Under Dean’s Office of Research at October 30, 2023 in Faculty of Dentistry Conference Hall “Research University Evaluation and Follow-up Meeting” was held. To the meeting that was held online at 19.10.2023, the Head of the Department of Pharmacology Management Faculty of Pharmacology Prof. Dr. Gülbin ÖZÇELİKAY and the young students of the departmant attended. The Coordinator of Research Projects Support Office Özge Nur KANAT informed the students about TÜBİTAK scholarship and grant opportunities. After the presentation the questions of the researchers were answered and models regarding their studies were discussed.

“Research Cooperation Focus Group Study” was done between Ankara University-İzmir High Technology Institute at October 11, 2023. At September 30, 2023 with the cooperation protocol signed between the two institutions researchers came together.  At the online meeting, researchers evaluated potential cooperation scenarios presenting their research fields.

Under Dean’s Office of Research, for effective and productive use of our university laboratories, and to detect our problems regarding laboratory management and find solutions at October 4, 2023 between 09.30-16.30 “Laboratory Management Workshop” was held. Our university has become the first university from Turkey to be included to ECHAlliance (European Connected Health Alliance) which is a cooperation and research network between the institutions that conducts works in the field of Health. With the membership to ECHAlliance network with the increase of our University’s international visibility strengthening of cooperation in research activities is aimed.  

On June 6, 2023 with the attendances of Rector of Ankara University Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar and TÜBİTAK Research Programs Directorate officials, at Faculty of Dentistry Conference Hall “Interactive Coffee Day- Interdisciplinary Studies Under One Roof” will be held. Under Dean’s Office of Research, “Polar Research Base Project Participation Calls” informative meeting was held at September 13, 2023, online. TUBITAK Project Specialist Researcher Furkan Ali KÜÇÜK informed our researchers from Ankara University, about the project processes.

In the framework of our Research Dean's Office, a Focus Group Meeting specific to the European Research Council (ERC), the most prestigious and highly budgeted program of the European Union, was held on June 13th, Tuesday. Our researchers were informed about a process-oriented project design with the participation of TÜBİTAK ERC National Contact Point, Aslı VURAL. Following an open-microphone discussion for idea exchange, the session concluded. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Ankara University researchers who attended the event.
