“Başt’Ankara Training Programme” was Held to Introduce New Faculty Members to Ankara University’s Research Infrastructure and Units

Coordinated by Ankara University’s Continuing Education Centre (ANKÜSEM) and Technology Transfer Office (TTO), the “Başt’Ankara Training Programme” was held on 3 June 2025 at the Faculty of Dentistry Conference Hall. The programme was attended by faculty members who joined the university within the past year. Participants were introduced to Ankara University’s research infrastructure with the aim of supporting the effective and efficient advancement of their research activities. AI-Assisted Data Analysis Training was Held

As part of the efforts led by our Office of the Dean of Research to enhance the research capacity of our university and support scientific productivity, the training titled “Online AI-Assisted Data Analysis: Data Analysis with DataBeeg” was held. The event, opened by Prof. Dr. Ebru Onbaşılar, Vice Dean of Research, was conducted by AI Specialist Fırat Yılmaz. During the training, participants were informed about methods that contribute to scientific publishing processes through the effective use of artificial intelligence technologies in data analysis and interpretation. The Office of the Dean of Research at Ankara University has launched the “From Data to Action: Faculty Dialogue Series” to evaluate the research performance of academic units through data-driven analyses and to identify strategic areas for development. Within the scope of the series, the strengths and areas for improvement of each academic unit are assessed. The process is conducted in line with the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle, a widely adopted quality assurance approach in higher education. Global Collaboration Strengthens: Ankara University Joins the United Nations Academic Impact Network

Ankara University has become a member of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI). First Paper of the Office of the Dean of Research Presented at the VIth International Congress on Applied Statistics – IAS-2025

The International Congress on Applied Statistics (UYİK-2025) was held on May 14–16, 2025, hosted by Ankara University. The congress was organized to discuss current developments in the theory and application of statistics and to strengthen academic and sectoral collaborations.
