Ankara University has become a member of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI).

In line with its mission to enhance global academic collaboration and support the global priorities set by the United Nations (UN), Ankara University has officially joined the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) network.

With the admission granted on 19 February 2025, Ankara University has become part of this prestigious academic network, which includes approximately 1,700 universities from 156 countries around the world.

Through this significant membership, Ankara University will collaborate with the United Nations on joint projects in key areas such as peace, human rights, and sustainable development. The university will also engage in activities aligned with UNAI’s ten foundational principles and increase its international visibility by sharing annual activity reports highlighting its efforts in these areas. Furthermore, Ankara University has earned the right to use the UNAI logo, thereby strengthening its recognition on international platforms
