The seventh of the Interactive Coffee Day, organized by Ankara University Office of the Dean of Research, titled “Cancer Research from Every Aspect.” was held. Hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, the event provided an opportunity to discuss the latest developments and interdisciplinary approaches in cancer research through presentations by 13 expert researchers in their fields.
The opening speeches of the event were delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Zehra Aycan, and Ankara University Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Kaan Orhan. In the opening speeches, the importance of cancer research on both national and international levels was emphasized and Ankara University’s efforts to enhance scientific research capacity were discussed.
Interactive Coffee Day, where scientific interaction and information sharing become prominent, enabled researchers to establish strong collaboration networks and provided participants with new perspectives on the future of cancer research.
The event drew attention as an important example of Ankara University’s vision which encourages multidisciplinary research.
