According to the SCIMAGO 2024 index, Ankara University obtained the highest ranking since 2009.

Ankara University, while being 3248th in the World and 5th in Türkiye in 2023, in 2024 became 1978th in the World and 3rd in Türkiye.

In the field-based World Ranking, Anthropology with 26th place and 1st place in Türkiye, Divinity with 234th place and 3rd place in Türkiye, Dentistry with 281st and 3rd place in Türkiye and Veterinary Medicine with 395th place and 3rd place in Türkiye showed the best performances.
